Interest groups are a great opportunity for SSRC members to experience planning and participating in these interesting, fun-filled hands on experiments. Seniors and juniors will take turns planning and participating so that everyone is exposed to a wide variety of sciences. In previous years, we oversaw sessions ranging from marine biodiversity to forensic science. Cool experiments such as boiling egg with alcohol and DNA extraction gave participants a wonderful and memorable session.
