What is CenTaD?
CenTaD stands for the Centre for Science Research & Talent Development. Under this programme, Hwa Chong has established working relationships with many researchers and research institutes in Singapore, providing students with the opportunity to pursue scientific research at the junior college level.
Who is eligible?
General criteria for selection of students include:
- Interest and clear indication of full commitment
- Tutors’ recommendations
- Academic results
- Not involved in SRP or NRP
- Not involved in OCIP and other programmes or activities that require you to be away from Singapore during the June and year-end school holidays.

Application Procedures
Look out for an EMB from Dr Lim Jit Ning (LIMJN) and submit the necessary documents by February to the College Reception
